Some of my creations are unique, they may not be produced again.

But if you would like to have a variation of a sold item or if you would like to know if a similar piece will be created in the future, please contact me and we can discuss about it.

I do require payment prior to making a personalized order.

It can be a variation of an existing item currently not offered in the shop or completely new design made specifically from your imagination.

These items take time to create, and are typically completed between 1-4 weeks after your order is placed.

You will receive a picture(s) of your order prior to finalizing the design and shipment.

These orders cannot be returned for a refund or exchange and cannot be cancelled.

Please check the measurements carefully before purchase. I offer a loose, regular, or tight fit. For a comfortable wear I recommend that a finger should be able to fit between the wrist and the bracelet.

Beadloom bracelets are made in three sizes, the bracelets are sold of fixed length of 16cm, 17cm and 18cm. Please use contact form if you need a custom size.

Depending on the product the processing time varies.

Once booking the done for the available products, it will be shipped in 3 working days.

For custom pre-order, the production time of one cuff bracelet will be within a week, depending on the bracelets measurement.

Jewellery will arrive in a cushioned, handmade gift box.

Interior and decorations items can be gift wrapped upon request.

Also, a handwritten note can be included, if you wish to send your message for the receiver of the package during the time of purchasing.

All jewelleries are delicate and has to be handled with care. I use the finest quality elements so your jewellery will last longer.

It is not recommended that you shower, bathe, swim or apply hair spray, body lotion or perfume whilst wearing your jewellery. Keep the clasp clean and dry.

Some materials consist gold plating and sterling silver which may dull over time, but can be polished to bring back the shine.

Under the EU Directive on Consumer Rights, you have 14 days from the day of purchase mentioned in your receipt to return the item. Returns must be unworn and unaltered, with all tags attached. You should notifying me before returning the item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as a guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Only the cost of the item will be refunded, not the shipping charges.

NOTE: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
